Interior Space Consultants is owned by Shaye Bryson, a licensed interior designer and graduate of the University of Georgia. Bryson has been a senior designer with ISC since 1996. As the owner, Bryson is involved in all phases of the business, but her primary focus remains project management. She is the lead designer on many projects, and she works closely with the other designers at ISC on all projects.

Kathy Rohde, previously of Consultants and Builders, Inc., is working as a contract designer and is anticipated to be a full time design assistant by next spring. In addition to the designers, ISC is managed by Melanie Williams who has been with the company for 12 years and whose primary duties are in financial management. Williams also works with Virginia Brown on contracts and ordering processes.

Brown expedites all of the projects. She coordinates specifications with the design team and handles contracts, purchase orders, project controls, and installation schedules. This includes the coordination of construction time frames with the production furniture and furnishings. Brown has eight years of office management experience. She joined the staff in February of 2008 and is the newest member of the ISC team.
